when will I get my order?
Everything is made to order and done by a one girly operation! Please expect 2-3 weeks (that's 14-21 days) for production. Once completed and sent out you will receive an email updating about shipping. If you need something rushed, please email shopjackarden@gmail.com BEFORE ORDERING to see if that’s an accommodation that can be made.
what is the return policy?
ALL SALES FINAL! although we don’t accept returns, i understand specific issues may come up considering they’re handmade. if for whatever reason your item isn’t up to snuff, please send us an email at shopjackarden@gmail.com so we can figure something out!
do you do collabs with other artists?

do you offer wholesale?
absolutely!! all items and colors are available for wholesale.
the minimum for an order is $250 + shipping costs with a 40% discount from retail pricing. ($250 has to be met from the discounted wholesale price.)
turn around time is approx. 2-3 weeks depending on the size of the order. if there is any delay, i will promptly reach out with updates. please keep in mind that every item is made by hand by one person so i will do my best to make sure your order is sent as swiftly as possible.

where are your products made?
Every product is handmade in my lil basement studio just outside of Milwaukee, WI!
